This Media Licensing & Ownership Policy governs the rights, limitations, and permitted usage of all media content created by Ice Flo Media LLC. Unless otherwise established by a signed written agreement, all media—including but not limited to photography, videography, drone footage, 3D assets, floor plans, virtual staging, and graphic design—remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ice Flo Media LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon delivery and receipt of payment, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the specific property or project for which the media was commissioned. This license extends to single-use applications such as MLS listings, social media promotion, brokerage websites, and advertising tied directly to the identified property. Use of the same media for other properties, campaigns, or portfolio purposes beyond the initial scope is strictly prohibited without securing additional licensing or written approval. Third parties including brokerages, staging companies, or contractors must obtain sublicenses to legally use any portion of our content.

Ice Flo Media LLC retains full copyright ownership, including the right to reuse or resell work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client purchases an exclusive license. Unauthorized editing, cropping, or alteration of media without express written consent is a violation of this agreement. Media may not be transferred to third-party services such as print designers, magazines, or aggregators without prior written approval.

Any violation of these licensing terms, including non-payment or misuse of assets, will result in an immediate revocation of the license and legal pursuit of damages or injunctions. Clients are responsible for enforcing these conditions with any agents or partners to whom they distribute the content. This policy is legally binding and enforceable upon acceptance of services rendered.
