All media created by Ice Flo Media LLC (“Company”), including but not limited to photography, videography, drone footage, reels, virtual tours, floor plans, virtual staging, graphic assets, and related deliverables, remains the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in a signed written agreement. Payment for services does not transfer copyright ownership.

Upon full payment, the client (“Client”) is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for marketing and promoting the specific property, listing, or project for which the media was originally commissioned. Permitted use may include MLS listings, property websites, social media, and advertising directly tied to that specific listing or project.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, the media may not be reused for another property, another listing, another agent, another brokerage, a future listing, rental marketing, builder or developer marketing, general brand advertising unrelated to the original project, or any other secondary commercial purpose outside the original scope. The media may not be sold, sublicensed, assigned, transferred, or distributed to third parties for independent use without the Company’s prior written consent.

Any use by third parties, including but not limited to brokerages, builders, designers, stagers, contractors, property managers, publications, advertisers, or other vendors, requires separate permission or licensing from the Company unless such use was expressly included in the original agreement.

The Company retains the right to display, publish, reproduce, and use the media for its portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, advertising, business development, editorial submissions, and professional marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

The Client may not materially alter, edit, manipulate, resell, or repurpose the media beyond ordinary marketing use without prior written approval from the Company. Reasonable resizing, cropping, or format adjustments for MLS, social, print, or standard listing promotion are permitted so long as the media is not distorted, misrepresented, or used outside the licensed purpose.

Any unauthorized use, misuse, non-payment, chargeback, prohibited transfer, or other violation of this Policy automatically terminates the Client’s license to use the media and may result in additional licensing fees, removal demands, revocation of usage rights, and legal enforcement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By purchasing, receiving, or using media created by Ice Flo Media LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Media Licensing & Ownership Policy.
